MRI Atlanta-Peachtree North is recruiting for a leading medical device manufacturer with an outstanding opportunity for a Regional OEM Sales Manager for sutures or related surgical products.

 

This position does not require relocation, but the target sales area is the east coast.

 

The OEM Sales Manager will be the primary point of contact for the company’s top strategic OEM customers in the US and will be responsible for implementing the corporate account sales strategy and Business Development efforts. You will have the responsibility to call on medical device manufacturers at the corporate executive level. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker and a problem solver that can sell and manage the overall corporate business relationship between the company and its OEM customers in order to drive customer sales and profit initiatives.

 

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a leading medical device manufacturer with a proven track record of success and meeting sales objectives. The individual will be a high-energy self-starter who is comfortable working in a lean entrepreneurial environment and sets aggressive goals.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:5-10 years of successful sales experience in medical products A BS or BA degree in a supporting discipline from a four year college Successful sales experience in medical devices Experience with orthopedic or surgical products is a plus Ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of people having varying backgrounds, education, and experience. Well versed in contract negotiations Preferably reside in the NJ/New England area or NC.
