About The Position:

 

My client is a regional distributor of top name brand orthopedic/spine products.  The company’s success is driven by its ability to supply and deliver innovative, quality products that improve patient outcomes and offer technically advanced, simple and cost effective solutions for its surgeons and hospital customers. 

 

My client is looking for a strong salesperson with Ortho/Surgical background to further enhance the Charlotte, NC territory. You will both sell Spinal products and work ‘case coverage’ during surgeries. This is a great opportunity in Spinal arena with Raleigh based company

 

The Base salary is +$75k based on experience with variable earnings for:

 

· Y1 realistic earnings potential +$100k with no cap!

· Y2 realistic earnings potential $150k with no cap!

· Experienced Territory Reps averages $180k with Top Reps exceeding $300k.

· Includes car allowance, expense budget and full benefits.

   

 

Skills/Qualifications:

  To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you must have the following:

 

· +3 years sales experience with very strong O.R., Ortho, Spine background.

· Documented extraordinary selling successes, advancement and “off-the-charts” sales rankings!

· You MUST be committed to a 2-3 year plan to grow the business for an exceptional earnings opportunity.
