POSITION TITLE:  New Regional Sales Manager /Specialty Services (Paint) / Housekeeping / Janitorial

REPORTS TO:  Regional VP

DEFINITION:

l. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for all LaCosta Facility Support Services planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of sales activities within his or her geographic area.

2.  Geographic areas may consist of a specific territory locally and an out of state responsibility.

3. The final result required is a high-morale people-oriented organization operating by the policies that meet or exceed customer expectations while achieving specific quality and profit objectives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1.  Experience in sales with a service-oriented company. Selling Paint services to Building industry or Janitorial services to industry. Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM) preferred.

2.  Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

JOB LOCATION:

Home Based office. Greater Chicago, IL Area.  Locations and times of work will vary by need in all locations.  Travel to all District/project locations as needed.

DUTIES:

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for directing all LaCosta Facility Support Services sales activities within his or her geographic area in accordance with LaCosta Facility Support Services policies and procedures to achieve their sales goals and objectives.  These include:

1.  Cold Calling and prospecting - developing new markets

2.  Develop strategic sales plan to accomplish corporate sales goals

3.  Identify, qualify and close new sales opportunities

4.  Sales Forecasting

5.  Compiles and continually builds lists of pre-qualified customers using the salesforce.com database

6.  Travels throughout the territory to call on prospective clients to solicit new business

7.  Manages the successful display and presentation at all trade shows

8.  Offensive and Defensive Marketing.

9.  Prepares bids using LaCosta procedures

10.  Customer Relations.

11.  Prepares necessary reports

12.  Works with internal sales manager to insure successful mailer program

13.  Maintains the file system in the sales department will all necessary information on all bids.

14.  Represents company at any required trade association meeting or function

15.  Work with operations department on all start ups

16.  Constantly reevaluates our marketing literature and suggests improvements as appropriate

17.  Be aware of the LaCosta brand and always ways to positively promote the brand

18.  Seeks new and innovative ways to develop our sales and marketing successfully
