Job Description: Manage the development and execution of new products/packaging formats. Management of packaging changes and implementation of new product initiatives from initial customer request through to specific site development.Working with International and U.S. Marketing Departments in the development of new/changed products and formats. Communicate and execute project responsibilities and serve as liaison between Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Internal Departments, and External Suppliers.Management and communication of timelines.Financial budgeting, tracking (packaging invoices), forecasting (packaging dollars)Assurance of compliance with Government and Customs Regulations.Strong Project Management skills combined with broad packaging skills (colors, basics, design, prepress, films etc.) will qualify for this top opportunity! Job Requirements: To win this position candidates must have 2+ years of broad based Consumer Packaged Goods Packaging coordination, supplemented by a strong financial track record to include forecasting and project tracking management. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Tenacious, organized, detail-oriented, goal focused. A four year degree is required. A qualified candidate should reside in S NH, near Boston or be easily moveable to that area.
