OPERATIONS CCORDINATOR

ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED OPERATIONS/FACILITIES COORDINATOR WITH LOGISITICS BACKGROUND??SPHERION, along with our client company, is seeking an experienced and efficient Operations Coordinator to be responsible for the daily administrative duties in the Operations Department. Includes Space Planning, Emergency Planning, Logistics, Emergency Response Training and special projects.RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain weekly move spreadsheets and space management seating charts Manage day to day space requests and move logistics Support emergency planningand disaster recovery efforts Coordinate with vendors, managing orders and ensuring follow through Create proper documentation Prepare monthly reports, including operational results and accomplishments of goals, objectives and metrics Research new programs to improve quality and reduce costs for company Identify opportunities for process improvement based on analysis of key metricsREQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree required Minimum 3 years in business environment dealing with Operations MS Office Suite proficiency; advanced Excel Professional, well-spoken, with good customer service skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Deadline oriented Project management experience preferred Strong organizational skills  Since 1946, Spherion has been helping talented individuals find rewarding job opportunities that drive excellence in their career.
