91857 Office Manager (20-30 hours/week)Temporary: 5-month contract, June through October $15-20/hour This software company located Metrowest is looking for an Office Manager to assist its team during a maternity leave and software implementation (going from Great Plains to QuickBooks). The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling both general office administration / reception duties, and assist with accounting. Duties: Answer phones. Process mail. Maintain office supplies. Assist billing group with invoice generation. Handle expense reports. Assist with data reconciliation during system implementation. Support sales group; prepare contracts from templates.
