Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Sales/Retail/Business Development On Board and Off Board Specialist  Job Description: The On Board and Off Board Specialist(s) will join a team of professionals working in a fast paced, team environment as part of its Program Office supporting Fannie Mae on-premise in their Northern Virginia facility. Successful candidates will be eager to learn, come into the position with a can-do attitude, and have great customer service skills. This position reports to a Program Manager/Director. Opportunities for advancement as AGS continues to expand its client base. Key Responsibilities: oEntering new contractor profiles (contact information) and details of assignment into FM Systems oOrder necessary equipment for First day oAssist FM managers with extension of contract assignments oConduct new hire orientation for all contractors oLiaison with managers, vendors and security department to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and collected prior to starting assignment and at end of assignment oEnsure all work orders are closed in the Insite when notified of an end of assignment oResponsible for the collection of company assets from vendors (laptop, badges, vpn tokens etc.) and submitting a ticket to Asset Inventory for pick up of assets. oEnsure security department is notified of end of assignments oAssist in collection of contractor hours and approval of time by hiring managers oConstant interaction via email and phone with client, staffing vendors, contract personnel and other partners oConstant interaction with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed in a timely manner so the contractor can start assignment on time. oLog all client and vendor inquiries into Salesforce.comRequired Skills: ¿Recruiting experience preferred ¿Excellent verbal and written communications ¿Ability to work in a dynamic environment that changes from day to day ¿Excellent analytical and problem solving skills required ¿Excellent documentation and follow up skills required ¿AA degree or other higher preferred ¿Strong organization skills and attention to detail ¿Knowledge of MS office and PC skills ¿Able to work independentlyRequired Skills: EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, RECRUITINGPeople.
