Our On-site Manager will reside on our client's site to manage the contract labor recruitment process. You will serve as a liaison between hiring managers and recruitment agencies to ensure our client acquires top talent in a timely manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Single point of contact for hiring managers from client site in regards to:- contract labor recruitment process- job requisition process- offers/extensions/conversions/terminations- contractor performance issues- on boarding of new contractors- contract labor report Point of contact for approved recruitment agencies in regards to:- contract labor recruitment policies & procedures - open requisition status - candidate submittals & feedback - offers & on boardingKNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:- publishing new openings to recruitment agencies - resume review & presenting candidate submittals to hiring managers - applicant tracking - requisition management - follow up with managers to obtain candidate feedback - interview scheduling - extending offers - contract extensions/conversions/terminations - on boarding new contractors - reporting - attending weekly HR/staffing meetings with client management- 5+ years administrative experience.- Knowledge of the staffing industry and/or recruitment process a plus.- Excellent communications skills (written & verbal).- Able to interface on a professional level with diverse population.- Excellent time-management & organizational skills (ability to multi-task)- Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite, specifically Excel & Access; Internet; ATS)- Understanding of staffing/contract labor, preferred- Excellent customer service skills - Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentBenefits:Benefits include: medical, dental, life, long and short term disability, tuition assistance, paid holiday, personal and vacation time and continued growth opportunity.
