Our customer, the world’s largest privately owned and operated fitness center chain is looking for a Account Manager to join their team. 

Job Description:

General Purpose
Serves as the client retention manager and contributes to the Performance Partnership's growth and profitability through the management of strong relationships with the client and fulfillment of the client's staffing services agreement.

-Ensures effective client relationship management as well as continuous satisfaction of client service requirements and expectations.
-Ensures the achievement of Performance Partnership service standards: 100% fulfillment on compliance requirements.
-Responsible for the achievement of client retention and penetration objectives.

Responsibilities/Duties
-Responsible for the overall management of the Performance Partnership within a corporate office environment; gains understanding of the client's environment and business culture.
-Uses a consultative approach to build highly productive business relationships with client; ensures level of performance meets or exceeds documented expectations; identifies new client needs and suggests creative solutions.
-Audits Performance Partnership operations for compliance on thorough job orders; calculated pay/bill rates, application of accurate workers compensation rates/calculations and client discounts, proper benefit payments and practices, as well as worksite requirements for employment standards and job safety.
-Manages the creation and maintenance of all computer files (associate, client, work order, etc.); ensures pertinent data is correctly coded, timely and accurate.
-Coordinates with auxiliary staffing services in filling onsite staffing needs, if necessary.
-Operates the Performance Partnership profitably, through the management of margins, SG&A, direct hire and liquidation fees, reliance on TPV's balance of traditional/payroll service mix and safety/plant operations.
-Ensures that service standards are achieved on a continual basis: 100% compliance on client service agreement requirements and company employment procedures.
-Focuses efforts on client retention/satisfaction; continually works to enhance relationships; utilizes quality control methods to ensure client remains well satisfied with Amerit's on-site management services.
-Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.

Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D.; college training preferred

Demonstrated success in the staffing industry; 3-5 years experience desired

On-site staffing experience desired, within a Technical environment

Computer skills (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Outlook) at an intermediate to advanced level, facility with numbers and understanding of business contracts.

Entrepreneurial/Sales background or orientation.
