Onsite Program Manager - Staffing

Exciting opportunity for an individual with strong client support/customer service skills. As an Onsite Program Manager for one of our premier clients, you will recruit for staffing needs and serve as a liaison between the client and the company. Responsibilities Include:
* Conduct and manage pre-employment screening and client specific testing as identified during benchmarking

* Create and develop training programs in partnership with our client's supervisors

* Conduct client specific pre-assignment orientations and expectation guidelines

* Conduct safety initiatives to create better and safe working conditions for our contingent workforce

* Primary Order Fulfillment Workflow Management

* Manage all primary communications between our customer's users and our field and corporate supporting offices

* Manage the order processing workflow between our client users and our additional field recruiting offices

* Monitor and meet response time standards for filling job orders

* Monitor attendance and punctuality

* Manage all temporary associate's assignment status communications, including interviews and assignment separation or immediate release

* Monitor and communicate those associates approaching their longevity limitations as required by the client

* Develop and implement strategic and pro-active recruitment strategies for volume usage or difficult to fill positions specific to our client
