Company Description Leading financial management firm Job Description Responsibilities for the Operations Specialist include: Reviewing deal tickets against broker ticket after booking trade. Reviewing deal tickets against client confirms Ensuring all trade details are correct Resolving any contract issue in source systems by updating the systems and trades Ensuring timely AR/AP's and reconcile AR/AP items within 7 days Providing details to finance on any discrepancies/problems Checking out with clients on a timely basis. Resolve all discrepancies prior to settlement Amending source system, if necessary Doing invoice and send/receive invoice by 10th of month Approving settlements in cash system Reviewing all broker bills and match to trades before invoicing Collaborating with system support Investigating and resolving internal/external customer inquiries using source system, appropriate documentation, and inter-related areas Allocating time efficiently and prioritize tasks within the client services and documentation areas of the energy business Streamlining process to enhance control and efficiency Completing Derivative Client Services settlements team confirms and settles payments with institutional and corporate clients globally, along with researching and resolving trade discrepancies and AR/AP if they occur Required Skills 2+ years experience Experience in interest rate swaps is required.
