Operations Specialist

91465 Do you have 1-2 years of investment operations experience and looking to joining a boutique firm? If so, a growing money management firm is seeking an experienced Operations Associate to join their Boston-area team! This highly visible position will report to the Operations Manager and will present the successful candidate with the opportunity to work closely with Portfolio Executives and Custodians. The Operations Associate will be responsible for: Downloading, reviewing and posting transactions on a daily basis. Trading and trade processing. Reconciliations. Cashiering and cash flow reporting. Quarter-end reporting. Setting and maintaining new accounts. Account transfers including cost basis updating. Other duties as assigned.Requirements: Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and time management skills. Portfolio management software experience.
