Otolaryngologist ENT FACS- Specialty Surgery and Consultation PracticeSioux Falls, SDOur client, an independently owned specialty surgery and consultation practice is searching for an experienced ENT or Otolaryngologist with general, sub-specialty training to join as a partner.  This practice, which has pioneered sinus treatments throughout the world, specializes in Sinus repair, Rhinology, and Sleep Disorder Related Surgery.  Ideally, the candidate will assume responsibility of the increased business and demand from new or existing clients.  A friendly, environment and flexible start-up structure make this a great opportunity for a practicing Otolaryngologist or an ambitious self-starter right out of residency.  The practice operates on a Family Friendly schedule of M-F with no weekends as well as no on call coverage. In total our cases are a mixture of outpatient practice and surgery, allocated at 60% and 40%, respectively. The practice employs a full time audiologist and features a full spectrum of cases, extensive referral networks, state-of-the-art equipment, and electronic medical records. Proven experience as a leader and an expert clinician is required.
