All applicants must have a minimum of 3 years IT Industry experience in order to apply.  No 3rd party resumes accepted. Title: Resource Manager - Functional Support Primavera Project ManagementLocation: Long Island City in Queens, NYC No third party applicants can be accepted for this position.  Specific Skills Required for Position: The Resource Manager Position will work within the Architecture & Engineering Studio that is responsible for in-house design projects and reviewing the plans and drawings of the projects designed by outside consultant groups. The main priorities will be to work with Project Controls, the A&E Design Managers and Director to assign staff and plan hours to projects by phase, in the Primavera Project Management system life cycles schedules. They will be responsible for analyzing resource assignments, identifying resource requirements and creating reports for A & E Management use in resource decision making. The candidate will need to have: · Experience working with Construction Design Projects (at various phases and stages)· 3-4 years experience using Primavera Enterprise Project Management software with in depth knowledge and experience in managing a significant number resources in Primavera Enterprise Project Management software· Experience working dynamically in a collaborative environment creating Resource and Schedule Management reports, layouts in PPM and making suggestions for business process improvements· Four year college degree or equivalent work experience with scheduling and resource management· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasking while working in a multi-departmental situations· Ability to work at a fast pace, learn the A&E business process and recommend changes for efficiencies using the system· Excellent Communications skills and the ability to deal with all levels of management Our opportunities are numerous...
