Project manager - EARLY STAGE DEVELOPMENT (5311) Responsibilities:Responsible for the development of project execution plans necessary to support the company’s generating business growth initiatives. Maintain involvement in all aspects of developing and implementing technical solutions in response to market requirements. Translate company’s financial, commercial, risk management, technical and operating goal into effective execution plans. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external strategic partners. Assemble and lead internal cross functional, multi-disciplined teams through the development phases of a project. Provide overall leadership and drive key decisions during the development phases of a project. Deliver on project objectives and proforma requirements. Deliver execution plans that position the internal project execution team for maximum success. Provide periodic updates to and interact with senior management.  Qualifications:Bachelors’ Degree in an Engineering discipline is required as is strong technical expertise in the areas of power plant design, construction, performance and operations. Must also possess superior project management experience as well as excellent analytic, problem solving and decision making skills. Must also be able to manage several major projects simultaneously, have a strong commercial and business sense and the ability to influence decisions, negotiate favorable outcomes, perform strategy development and drive business results.  Salary: $100,000 – 125,000  (plus bonus and relocation)   MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
