Payroll and Travel and Expense Accountant

87970 Are you a Payroll Accountant looking to work for a stable, growing, publicly traded company with an entrepreneurial culture? Our client is looking to add a Payroll and Travel and Expense Accountant to its staff. This role will be responsible for timely processing of payroll and T&E expense reports. Responsibilities: Entering multi-state payroll for exempt and nonexempt employees, which includes reconciling G/L entries related to payroll, taxes and other benefits. Identifying, developing and documenting payroll procedures. Processing T&E Expense Reports and EFT payments for employees as it relates to T&E reimbursements ensuring timely reimbursement of business expenses. Researching issues related to reducing expenses and ensuring adherence to policies. Communicating to the Payroll Manager any problems and recommending possible solutions. Performing other payroll related tasks and maintaining a strict code of confidentiality. Qualifications: At least 2 years of related experience with ADP. Proficiency in Excel is required. SAP is a plus.
