Requirement :xxxxxxxx Corporation is seeking an experienced Temporary Contingent Resource. Knowledge of one or more of Peoplesoft's Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Enterprise Learning, Employee and Manager Self Service, Pension, Workforce Administration, Compensation/Variable Compensation and Benefits Administration version 8.9 modules is required. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, not limited to but including: strong negotiation, influencing and collaboration skills. Strong initiative and facilitation skills are required to interact with both functional and technical resources Expertise in developing business requirements, process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design and specifications, system configuration, development of system tests, procedures and documentation. Experience in mergers and acquisitions and combining two HR applications is strongly desired.
