Responsibilities: Ensures continual improvement of productivity standards and worker safety performance in all phases of the operation. Provides financial forecasting and regularly analyzes on-plan expense performance in order to meet the overall cost objectives of the plant. Requirements:4 year degree in Engineering, Operations, or Management.  On the job experience will be considered. Three or more years of experience, demonstrating the ability to manage people in a manufacturing environment and the ability to provide safe and regulatory compliant work conditions for all employees.
