This individual will be able to demonstrate leadership in a multiple team environment, while ensuring a product of the highest quality.  A broad focus and the opportunity for advancement in a relaxed, friendly environment makes this position a sought after position. Responsibilities: Setting and maintaining product recipes throughout the manufacturing process Accountability for controlling time, cost, and process quality Process troubleshooting and corrective action Environmental compliance Document preparationRequirements: BS in Chemical Engineering 5 years of petro-chemical plant experience and demonstrated achievement in process engineering.
