About the Position: I am currently seeking out a very strong Production Manager:  5+ years of experience in process related industry would be ideal.  Ethanol experience would be preferred. This is an excellent opportunity with a respected and established industry leader.  This is a company that is continuing to expand and grow and is looking for candidates that will be prepared to help drive toward the future.Qualified individuals will have some leadership experience within a team environment, 5+ years of experience in a production field, would like to see some project and team experience.  You will provide direction to a team as well as feedback on performance.  You will be responsible for direction, planning, and safe implementation of all procedures.  You will also be responsible for maximization of process rates, yield rates, and reliability for the facilities.  Must be able to work with a variety of personalities in all departments.  Candidates must be focused on safety and be driven to succeed with the team. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.   Compensation: Company offers excellent compensation $45K-$65K, DOE plus benefits.
