COMMERICAL PROJECT ESTIMATOR –Growth & Stability! LOCATION: Chicago, Illinois Our client, a reputable General Contractor that is experiencing significant growth, specializes in all areas of commercial construction.  They have asked us to assist them in finding top talent for their Estimating division. Our position is for a proven commercial project estimator, who is capable of lead responsibilities on projects, ranging from $5M-$40M in commercial/institutional construction.  The ability to perform project managing would be beneficial.  All inquiries will be kept strictly confidential.  Good work history is a must! EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Minimum of 2-7 years of experience is preferred, with knowledge of Timberline, Primavera, or similar estimating software.Applicants should have a proven experience in this field, and be able to work independently with minimal training and supervision.
