Company Description Major brokerage firm Job Description As the Purchase and Sales Manager you will: Determine nature of breaks from review of comparison against the street and pair off reports with respect to internal trades with client allocations Ensure all customer, proprietary and broker to broker trade breaks are resolved daily Communicate breaks to the middle office/business and advise on a potential course of action to resolve Review and investigate open trades on OCS or NASDAQ workstation Ensure GSEC makes the balanced entries to our trading accounts Prepare and maintain information for management on volume, level of breaks and root cause analysis Reconcile and prepare reports for management on all of the various accounts (i.e. facilitation, error, profit and loss accounts and currency) Assist with any large volumes of cancel and corrects with the middle office Assist with any large as of trades to be booked with the middle office Assist COO and CFO with month end reconciliation research Required Skills 4-8 years of purchase and sales experience Knowledge of required documentation for comparison processing, including QSR agreements Knowledge of cashiering functions, stock record and international settlement practices Knowledge of OTC contract sheets, equities, options, foreign and Euroclear eligible securities Series 7 license Desired Skills Familiarity with the purchase and sales street comparison process Company: Execu/Search Group Job Title: Purchase and Sales Manager Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Location: US-NY-New York City Salary/Wage: 60,000.00 - 80,000.00 USD /year Reference Id: J49725
