RECEPTIONIST

Outsourcing company is looking for a Receptionist who will be responsible for answering a multi-line phone system. Candidate will direct callers to appropriate individual or Department. Greet visitors in a professional and hospitable manner. Capable of taking messages and provide customers with information as needed.

Responsible for mail sorting, delivering and checking packages.                            May also assist with other clerical duties.

Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Pleasant, professional customer service approach is required. Computer Literate.
