Receptionist with a Marketing Twist

Outstanding "foot in the door" opportunity for a recent college grad managing the front office and marketing fulfillment operations at a premier recruiting firm with offices in CT, NY and MD. Ideal candidate will be high energy, eager to learn, proven/demonstrated success in other endeavors and have a genuine interest in Marketing.

Daily duties will include, but will not be limited to :

- meet and greet visitors

- handle phones

- marketing project work & fulfillment

- coordinating advertising - copyrighting, edits, online management

- candidate scheduling

- ad hoc tasks and projects

- organizing marketing campaigns amongst different internal clients

- delivery of online testing, surveying for clients, prospects & candidates

Warm and friendly demeanor and the ability to work independently a must! Ideal candidates are also proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel as well as Outlook. If you have an upbeat, pitch-in. team player attitude, then this is the job for you.

This is not a "bring a book and read" type of job . . . We have a very clear idea of the promotion path and exposure to many parts of a medium-sized business.
