We are currently looking to add a high volume Recruiter that preferably has experience staffing for multiple call centers both inbound and outbound call centers. This position is key in developing relationships with our clients and candidates. You will be responsible for the entire hiring process as well as new start orientations. Greets callers, establishes rapport, projects professional tone, handles complaints, and records statistics on each call. Has full life-cycle recruiting knowledge that includes experience with a candidate tracking system, recruiting on the Internet, and extensive experience in recruiting high volume. Successfully achieves positive, concrete results through hard work and perseverance. Projects a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust. Conducts consistent behavioral interviews that focus on assessing a candidate's qualifications and fit. Excellent people skills. Interacts effectively and works productively with a wide range of people. Has excellent organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains historical reference and records data. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Project management experience, including planning, resource allocation, staffing, budget, and performance. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Call Center or Staffing Agency environment along with BA/BS or equivalent experience. Benefits We recognize people as our most valuable asset.
