Recruiter - Candidate Development-Staffing

Join the exciting and fast paced world of staffing!! As an entry level recruiter, you will develop a network of sources, referral systems, and recruiting programs. For candidate management, you will test, screen, interview, complete orientations and assess the employability of candidates on a daily basis. Have the opportunity to be involved in career fairs, develop relationships with career centers and so much more. This position will afford you a great deal of public interaction where you will learn to interact with many different kinds of employees, candidates, corporate officials and colleagues. The skills required would include an excellent and outgoing personality, utmost of professional appearance that will set the example for candidates looking for work, excellent listening skills, computer knowledge as you will be trained on a sophisticated employee database and the ability to make a 2 year commitment to a career with promotional possibilities. College degree preferred.
