It’s perfect for those who like to be consultants; who have the ability to step back and take in the big picture. We do our job on the phone and via email, so you MUST be an excellent communicator- both in writing and verbally- so a college degree is probably essential. We provide all the training, but you need to bring your own strong work ethic, an outgoing personality, an ability to solve problems, and a willingness to work in a job that rewards for performance. Yes, this is commission-based, though we do have a salary to help take care of the essentials. We project first-year earnings in the $60’s or $70’s (certainly feasible to pass $100K), and 2nd / 3rd year earnings in the low to mid-$100’s. After that, the sky is the limit. There are recruiters in our company earning more than $500,000 a year. Yes, HALF A MILLION DOLLARS. Of course those are the rock stars, but to be honest, the last person we hired has already earned $35,000 IN HIS 1ST 4 MONTHS.
