91106 High-Volume Recruiter Parlez vous francais? We're seeking a bilingual (French - English) Recruiter for a high-volume role South of Boston! Manage 50-55 requisitions (including duplicates) in support of major growth internationally. Source resumes from multiple online sites. Post jobs, screen candidates, move candidates along to hiring managers, handle communication process, and present offers. Utilize Peoplesoft HRIS system for tracking candidate information. Requirements: Fluency in French (European or Canadian) is REQUIRED. Prior experience filling labor roles is preferred but not required. Prior experience supporting a remote group of hiring managers. Valid passport strongly preferred for potential international travel. Experience as a Generalist, fluent in French, with a focus on recruiting is also acceptable.Sharpen those language skills and jump on board!
