Recruiter / Senior Staffing Specialist

Required experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations and/or inside sales in a service industry Proven track record of success in an environment where performance is measured by productivity and results Undergraduate degree Staffing industry experience required

Successful candidates will demonstrate the following competencies:Proactive recruiting through job board postings, internet resume searches, referrals, job fairs and other association/university involvement Conduct behavioral based interviews with temporary candidates Contacts to current and potential clients through skill marketing of top candidates Successful fulfillment of client orders through responsiveness and quality candidate matches Networking and engaging with customers utilizing a consultative sales approach Meeting minimum activity standards on a weekly, monthly and annual basis Utilizing our proven systems and processes for order and assignment tracking, quality assurance and service delivery Communicating effectively with sales team to develop aligned efforts for sales and service. Conducting reference and other preliminary employment checks on candidates hired for temporary placement Ability to identify sales opportunities within existing account base to penetrate our potential with the account Process temporary new hire paperwork and payroll weekly Establish relationships with local recruiting sources to increase exposure within the local market Participate in daily, weekly, monthly and annual business decisions Identify and recommend opportunities to develop knowledge of the staffing industry Assist with training of new operations staff Become a resource to peers and Staffing Specialist in your branch as well as throughout the company Practice good decision making and accountability for operations & recruiting Become a valuable resource to your customers and candidates Demonstrate professionalism and knowledge of the industry in interactions with customers and candidates Make informed business decisions, consult with Branch Manager to work through difficult cases Meet and exceed monthly activity goals Participate in value-added selling to customers, demonstrate pro-active approach to staffing needs Network for success, become part of a resource network for existing and potential customers and candidates
