Recruiter / Staffing Consultant

Teleworld Staffing Services is seeking an experienced recruiter to join their staff. Ideal candidate will be a former employee of SBC or AT&T corporation or have worked for an agency that placed candidates for this organization.

Candidates will be required to work with VMS system on a daily basis submitting recruited candidates for position throughout the USA. Experience working for SBC or ATT will help you understand the environment that you will be working in.

Daily responsibilities will include responding to jobs posted on the VMS system.  Recruiting candidates to meet the requirements of the listed jobs throughout the USA.  Must be able to interact with company representatives on various projects scheduled by the organization. Must be able to handle significant reporting and paperwork responsibilities so good data entry skills are required.  Positions that will be recruited for include Telecom personnel, IT support personnel, Call Center personnel, Administrative support.

Candidates must be stable, have good communications skills and experience as a recruiter.  Former or retired SBC and or ATT employees will rise to the top of the interview list.  Ability to work in a high pressure, high stress every changing environment is needed.

Candidates must pass a drug screen, criminal background check and degree verification.
