As a Staffing / Recruiting Manager you will be responsible for:

* Developing an effective recruiting strategy to ensure the
availability of qualified applicants to meet current and
anticipated needs

* Providing exemplary customer service to ensure client and
employee retention

* Increasing revenue of existing accounts by working
closely with sales team

You should have strong organizational and communication skills; ability to be flexible and adaptable to change; computer literacy, and ability to work flexible/extended hours when necessary.


We offer a very lucrative compensation package to include a base salary, plus bonus program, and benefit package.

Requirements


You should have a minimum of 2 years related business experience. Staffing industry experience a plus.

Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
