Recruiters and Sourcers Wanted!

ScottSearch is currently looking for two types of people to fill internal positions with our agency. These are full time positions M-F 8:30/5:50 and working late two nights a week. First years earning potential is 50k, second hear over 100k. We are looking for fill these positions immediately with people who have done telephone sales before and have a proven track record. ScottSearch is on the grow and doing very well – we need to increase our head count to keep up with the current demand.

Responsibilities:
• Make a minimum of 80 outbound phone calls a day.
• Create call lists of candidates/clients then execute that list.
• Recruit candidates for specific job openings internally.
• MUST have at least intermediate exp with all MS Office.
• Learn the recruiting process, policies, and procedures.
• Prep candidates for interviews and walk them thru our process.

Requirements:
• Must have a Degree or be pursuing your education and/or a minimum of 1 year of experience in telephone sales.
• Must be able to work 40+ hours a week either nights and/or weekends when needed
• Strong work ethic
• Professional minded
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
