The Human Resources Recruiting Assistant will be a key point of contact for applicants interested in employment with PLS. The primary focus will be to assist with recruitment – source applicants, schedule interviews and conduct telephone screening interviews -  for PLS locations around the country. To assure good communication with all candidates, BILINGUAL (Spanish/ English) applicants will receive primary consideration - must be able to speak, read, and do translation.

Specific responsibilities include: Assist with associate recruiting and selection – monitor “Job Hot-Lines”, schedule interviews and conduct telephone screening interviews. Position requires strong administrative detail with the ability to reprioritize workload to meet changing staffing and scheduling situations.Self-starter who is able to work independently while assuring consistent quality service.Possesses excellent verbal, telephone and written communication skills; tactful and able to keep information confidential.  Position may require some travel on a national basis to PLS / customer facilities.College Degree with focus in Human Resources or related field / work experience in the Recruiting and Staffing industry. Computer knowledge including Word, Excel, and OutlookA positive “service orientation” is important.Assist with Human Resources Generalist activities as needed.
