Recruiting Coordinator - Local candidates only  Recruiting Coordinator- LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   The Recruiting Coordinator II is the first contact professional for the Recruiting team. Provides HR support to management and employees; focused in the areas of recruitment, on-boarding and employee retention. Data entry for variety of transactions into HRIS (SAP) system. Process new hires and other HR activities as assigned. Complete employment verification. Set up and maintain all HR files and maintain department supplies. Maintains internal and external job posting boards including outreach programs. Provides administrative support to HR exempt staff. Prefer some college courses. SAP experience preferred. Bilingual preferred but not required. Two years administrative support preferably in an HR environment. Must possess excellent customer service skills, and the ability to complete tasks with constant interruption. Must be highly motivated with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), interpersonal skills and organizational skills are required. Ability to handle multiple tasks and multiple interruptions in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of personal computer operation including use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and HRIS. Ability to function effectively in a fast paced team environment. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
