Recruiting Coordinator – 9 month contract position with innovate teamSpherion Staffing Services has a partnership with one of the largest specialty apparel brands in the industry -- here in the San Francisco Bay Area! Our assignments range from Administrative Assistants, to Project Coordinators, to Merchandising Assistants, etc…  These positions can be either full or part-time and range from one-day assignments to nine-month assignments. Further, these positions are available at both the Retail Headquarter offices in San Francisco and San Bruno.Currently Spherion is sourcing for a Recruiting Coordinator for a TEMPORARY assignment. This specific position will be located in San Francisco, behind the Giant’s ballpark.  This is an immediate need and is estimated to last through 9 full months of work.  The pay rate is $18/hour.  Please note that this is a full time position.GENERAL SUMMARY: In this role the Recruiting Coordinator will partner with another Recruiting Coordinator to support the scheduling of candidates and provide administrative support to the Senior Director of Recruiting and Staffing.  The Recruiting Coordinator will support 1-2 team members (some may be geographically disbursed) who recruit for all management positions.  In partnership with the rest of the Recruiting Team, the Recruiting Coordinator is a specific role in facilitating movement of top talent internally and externally within and across the organization.  The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for establishing and developing effective working relationships within their team.  Their role will be responsible for delivering high quality of work while demonstrating operational excellence through utilization recruiting tools and resources. Job Description:·  Responsible for scheduling and coordinating all candidate travel and interview schedules.  Communicate schedules to recruiters, candidates and hiring managers.  Schedule phone interviews as needed.·  Provide administrative support for Sr. Director·  Manage communication updates and travel arrangements for Director/Sr. Manager·  Conduct background checks·  May open requisition on behalf of business partners·  Work closely with recruiting team to post open jobs; manage job posting process·  Contribute to team development; expert on use of recruiting system Skills Required:·  1-3 years Recruiting or HR related experience·  Strong customer service skills·  Must have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity·  Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced energetic environment·  Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment·  Ability to maintain high degree of professionalism and interface with all levels of the organization·  Establish strong business partner relationships and achieved desired team results·  Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and flexible to meet needs of business·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills·  Proficient in Windows NT, MS Office, MS Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook and Internet applications·  College degree preferred.   As a local employer serving top businesses throughout the Bay Area, Spherion offers competitive compensation, weekly pay, skill development and access to career growth opportunities.  If you are interested in this opportunity, please email your written interest and resume to Monique Chao at moniquechao@spherion.com Since 1946, Spherion has been helping talented individuals find rewarding job opportunities that drive excellence in their career.
