LT Career Staffing has opportunities available in the St. Louis area for Recruiters and HR Generalists.

Recruiter:

Responsibilities include:Seeking out and identifying candidates through multiple creative sourcing channels and networking Gaining market intelligence in order to tap into top talent

Skills/Experience required:Recruitment experience  Experience gathering and analyzing data Excellent communication skills including consultation and influence Strong organizational skills Exceptional self management skills with a focus on results Ability to work in a fast paced environment

HR Generalist:Responsibilities Include:Develop and maintain successful working relationships with the leadership team in order to influence and provide effective HR processes, advice and support. Provide proactive coaching, consultation and direction to management in areas of employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and overall organizational effectiveness. Organize and participate in selection and hiring process.  Interview and screen applicants, provide interview training, recruit prospective employees, and coordinate searches with recruiters.  Prepare position descriptions, track employment requisitions and Affirmative Action Forms, and direct all aspects of pre-employment screening and conduct new hire orientation. Responsible for tracking applicant flow for local hiring. Increase understanding and consistent application of company policies, procedures, and practices through training, coaching, one-on-one communication and policy interpretation.  Observe and promote adherence to policies, regulations and Global Business Standards.  Primary contact for employees and managers to answer inquiries and provide general employee information including: compensation, attendance, performance reviews/evaluations and terminations. Represent management in investigating, answering and settling grievances and employee complaints of moderate complexity. Coordinate meetings between union leadership, employees and the management team to facilitate the dispute resolution process.  Represent management in the analysis of employee misconduct and recommend appropriate disciplinary action where appropriate. Increase employee commitment and maintain positive employee relations by facilitating communication and problem resolution.  Prepare managers and employees on interaction and interpersonal skills.


Skills/Experience Required:
 2-3 years HR Generalist experience Proficient in Excel and Word, Microsoft Applications and HRIS systems. Cross Functional Team Experience Excellent Communications and Organizational skills Good analytical and problem solving skills. Build and maintain relationships with collective bargaining unit Timely, accurate communication
