Recruiting Manager

Clovis has been retained by a leading professional services firm in Reston, VA to identify an energetic, highly motivated individual to lead a management consulting recruiting team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic full life-cycle recruiting, hiring professional information technology professionals.  The individual will be goal oriented, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, simultaneously be strategic and tactical, adapt quickly to changing priorities, enjoy problem solving and will not be afraid of a challenge.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage a team of full and part-time recruiters to meet team and company goals & objectives Coordination of the recruitment processAssist in developing high quality job requisitionsCreate strategies for sourcing & screening candidatesOffer package negotiations

REQUIREMENTS:Must have at least 5 years of management experience with 10+ years experience in sourcing, screening, behavioral interviewing and placing qualified engineers and scientists using multiple sourcing techniques. PC and internet literacy as well as experience with online recruitment management tools are required. Previous employment history of meeting and exceeding high volume recruiting goals Excellent oral and written communication skills, professionalism, and ability to maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with both internal and external customers.
