Major Responsibilities: The Regional Vice President is a member of the senior management team, providing overall direction, coordination and leadership for their assigned territories.The assigned territory for this position is Southern WI and Northern IL

Major Work Behaviors:
· Responsible for growing and developing branch offices by setting strategy, performance goals and objectives, and measures that align with QPS strategy and customer needs.

· Will provide overall direction for developing, implementing and optimizing recruitment goals, policies programs and strategic initiatives.

· Responsible for developing and leading recruitment and placement strategies for all customers in their assigned territory.

· Responsible for initializing and driving a talent acquisition strategy.

· Build and maintain effective partnerships with community organizations.

· Develop succession plans and talent management.

· Participate in cross-corporate steering committees.

· Responsible for day-to-day activities within their region assuring that company growth and profitability objectives are met.



Minimum Qualifications:

· High School diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Service Industry and/or Staffing Industry experience helpful

· Proven track record of leading a team of skilled professionals, including: goal setting, development planning, coaching, performance appraisals, recruiting, and motivating staff.

· Excellent written and oral communication.

· Collaborates effectively with others to identify and resolve issues.

· Self-starter with high energy level and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
