Internet Description:Technical Recruiters Location: New York City, NYTCM is a privately held company and an award winning strategic Systems Deployment, Development and Integration services firm with a successful 28 year track record for providing software consulting, application development, desktop/infrastructure, project management, and staff augmentation services.As a Technical Recruiter with TCM you will be responsible for all aspects associated with recruiting technologists for our clients open job requirements for contract and direct hire positions. Responsibilities and performance objectives include: ·Source, screen, and qualify technologists ·Conduct telephone and in-person interviews. ·Maintain Applicant tracking databases. ·Coordinate the selection process from sourcing through reference verification. ·Provide proactive communication to technologists and Account Executives regarding open position status. ·Identify new client business opportunities through your discussions with candidates and references.
