Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related experience. Strong web application development experience (not just web site development. Experience working on the UI, middle-tier, and backend of a data driven web application. Experience with the following technologies are a huge plus and you need to have experience with at least 2: AJAX, XML, Ruby, Rails, MySQL, mERB, etc. Prior experience working at a startup.
