Executive Recruiter

Responsibilities: Generating job orders through ‘warm’ and 'cold' calling to reach targeted sales and recruiting activity Market qualified candidates to current and prospective clients Expand and develop client accounts through active sales calls Generate viable job orders by obtaining accurate information from client contact Conduct confidential interviews, work references and background checks

Recruiter Job Requirements Minimum 1-2 years experience with proven, successful track record in inside sales.Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to work in a team environment Strong work ethic and proven negotiation skills
