We are seeking a strong, experienced, sales driven, leader to join our team.  Qualified candidates must have 2+ years experience with outside, B2B sales with a proven track record of success.  He/ She will be self motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks. 

 

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

-  New business development/ B2B cold calling

-  Account management

-  Client development

-  P&L proficiency

-  Staff management/ development

 

Required skills include:

-  Strong leadership/ mentorship

-  Excellent communication and presentation abilities

-  Negotiation

-  Hiring, coaching, and management of internal staff

 

Staffing industry experience and college degree is preferred.  Position offers excellent base salary plus commission, car and cell phone allowance.
