Expanding executive search firm (est. 1991) located in the greater Boston area is seeking a strong recruiter with a proven track record of success. We offer an excellent commission structure as well as great upward mobility.  This is a commission only position. and you can realistically earn over $100k.

 

We will allow the right person to work from a virtual office providing they are disciplined and have good communication skills.



 

In addition we are seeking a recruiting assistant to assist the CEO.  Must be very proficient in utilizing various data mining techniques.

Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations.


 

Duties:

 

Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.


Proficient  in direct recruiting, using various search engine techniques, Referrals, Cold calling, Etc..


Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants via telephone; verifying references.

 

New business development by maintaining industry knowledge ie: reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations and cold calling.


 

Skills/Qualifications:

 

Excellent data mining skills, communication Skills, Production Driven and Results oriented, Organization, Project Management and Time Management skills are essential.
