SHOWROOM COORDINATOR - INSIDE SALES REP

Our client, a consumer products importer and supplier, is seeking a Showroom Operations Coordinator - Inside Sales Representative to support showrooms with day-to-day operations and the managing of inventory, product assortment, invoicing, etc.RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist outside sales through preparation of quotations and entering all sales - Training staff on Order Processing system, Company transactional flow, product, etc. - Execute all Showroom operational transactions including purchase orders, returns, sales orders, etc. - Reporting on status, progress and metrics to Showroom Operations Manager. - Provide general information – product availability, billing, freight, shipping, delivery times, etc. to customers and Showroom Sales staff. - Review marketing advertisement plan to ensure that featured products are on hand in showroom. - Manage Showroom exchanges & returns - Make a clear an concise inventory log of all product that enters and leaves the locationQUALIFICATIONS: - MUST HAVE strong analytical and organizational skills - MUST BE detail oriented with superior follow-up skills - MUST HAVE a pleasant demeanor, customer orientation and sales skills - MUST HAVE excellent writing and communication skills - MUST HAVE strong inside account management skills - MUST HAVE merchandising and product knowledge - MUST HAVE advanced Computer knowledge of MS Windows; Excel, Word - Knowledge of SBT a plus MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
