If you are a self starting, analytical, entrepreneurial individual with a strong background in SOX Compliance and Controls then this is the opportunity you have been waiting for. This person for this position must be capable of handling the diversity and challenges of a start up organization.  This is not an audit position.   Responsibilities:·  Realign SOX controls utilizing AS5 and risk based approach·  Implementation and documentation of all SOX related documentation including narratives, process flows and control matrix.·  Develop and implement a new SOX tool·  Strive to develop control efficiencies and effectiveness·  Coordinate with global SOX team to fulfill Global initiatives and goals.·  Implement controls optimization to reduce the number of key controls·  Apply COSO principles in the planning and conduct of an audit Requirements:·  Three to five years prior audit experience including Big 4 background·  Industry background in Manufacturing ·  Internal Financial Statement Audit experience in manufacturing·  Four year accounting degree·  CPA required·  MBA preferred·  Ability to travel up to 20% of time   Your “future employer” offers a generous relocation package, bonus, opportunities, tuition reimbursement, generous medical & health insurance program, a significant stock sign on bonus and generous compensation.  This company offers a work-life balance, a creative culture as well as unlimited career advancement within a rapidly growing company The salary range is $107,000 to 126,000 plus bonus and gifted stock at sign on.    If you meet all of the above criteria and would like to learn more send me an e-mail with your resume attached in word format to diane@huntsvillesearch.com .   MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
