Sales Assistant/Marketing

Nauticus Group located in Springfield, New Jersey is searching for a Sales Assistant/Marketing Coordinator with a great personality who will handle the following responsibilities: 

 

- All job posting to all web sites.  This includes pulling together job descriptions, updating job templates, and posting to websites used by the company to attract candidates as well as publishing jobs to the company website

- Assist with marketing brochure development

- In charge of all mass mail events (i.e. marketing brochures, mug sendouts, etc.).

- Coordinate all holiday marketing events (i.e. holiday gifts, holiday cards, etc.).

- Advertisement using all media (Internet, newspaper, etc.).

- Analyze marketing strategies and reporting on results

- Locate, register, participate in career fairs and coordinating with recruiters for attendance at career fairs

- Research & be responsible for managing marketing material vendors.

- Data input

- Partner with senior staff with administrative duties including but not limited to: faxing, filing, and data manipulation

- Partner with Recruiting Managers in recruiting efforts of Entry level to Mid level Accounting and Finance professional candidates for Direct Hire and Consulting positions
- Achieve performance management initiatives towards exceeding objectives
- Responsible for bringing in potential candidates on a daily basis to close on existing requirements
- Interview, via telephone and/or in person, with prospective candidates including interview setup, background checks, obtaining references, compensation and benefit analysis, marketing to requirements, resume formatting and preparation for interviews with clients
- Source qualified candidates and job postings through various professional online sources and proprietary databases to fill job orders with short turn around times.  This includes marketing calls, referrals, job fairs and newspaper advertisement
- Acquire detailed information from Client Hiring Managers and Account Mangers to determine the skills candidates need for the position requirements and the clients environment, assuring minimal time expenditure on the part of the client
- Perform follow-up calls with existing candidates to ensure quality satisfaction
- Fielding incoming phone calls to the firm.
- Establish a consistent record of achievement in exceeding objectives
- Special projects

 

We are searching for candidates that meet the following requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word

- Associates Degree a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Training & development program will be provided

 

The total compensation range is from $28,000 to $32,000 plus bonus with excellent benefits (medical, dental), and 401k plan with match.
