AccountPros is currently seeking a Business Development / Sales Associate to concentrate on marketing and selling contract staffing services for our office in Midtown.  AccountPros® is a national leader in executive search and financial staffing, serving the accounting and finance community for nearly 20 years. Primary responsibilities for this position include:

Ø Develop, sell and manage target accounts both assigned and prospected to establish business relationships.

Ø Assess and place qualified candidates on contract positions for clients based on pre-determined criteria. 

Ø Develop professional relationships with clients to ensure control of the placement and staffing process.

Ø Key liaison between our employees and our clients for pricing, problem resolution and customer service.

Ø Conduct presentations to decision makers in order to secure business and service objectives.

Ø Maintain individual accountability for all performance goals weekly.

Ø Maintain all business agreements and standards established by AccountPros including pricing, service standards, and accounts receivable.

 









 

 

 

The ideal candidate will possess:

Ø 1-5 years experience in a sales function within a service industry a plus.

Ø A strong work ethic and a high level of self-motivation.

Ø Strong negotiation skills, strong listening skills, and a solid business sense.

Ø An insatiable drive to achieve his/her personal goals which are aligned with the AccountPros corporate goals.

Ø Accountability for their own financial and professional growth – we will give you the tools and support to get there…the rest is up to you!

Ø New graduates will be considered.

Ø A 4  year college degree is required.
