Sales Manager

RemX Financial is looking for an experienced sales professional. RemX is a specialized staffing firm that focuses mainly in the areas of Accounting, Office and IT placements. We are large multi-state firm that is looking for sales professionals that are independent, goal-oriented and motivated to grow. This is an opportunity in sales that will allow you to develop your profession in the San Diego market.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Cross-sells services, including traditional temporary and permanent staffing solutions, of all divisions. Increases client base by following productivity guidelines. Develops and actively works a list of targeted new accounts. Communicates daily with staff to summarize visits/opportunities. Maintains database of client sales activities. Works with Market Manager in effectively targeting accounts and marketing strategies. Actively supports and executes Corporate Marketing Promotions. QUALIFICATIONS: 2 years successful sales and business development experience. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Effective communication skills.
