WiLine Commercial Sales Manager Job DescriptionReporting to the VP of Sales, the WiLine Sales Manager works closely with the field sales force to coach and assist individual sales rep, manage the sales pipeline, particularly the early stages, The Sales Manager ensures that individual and team sales effectiveness improves and quotas are met and exceeded.Responsibilities: Formulate and implement strategies and sales practices to support a healthy and growing sales pipeline, maximize sales performance, and set the stage for excellent customer care/satisfaction Provide coaching and mentoring for field sales force, including  accompanying and assisting AEs with:Sales callsCold callingGatekeeper bypass techniquesPresenting WiLine’s Value propositionQualifying the prospectObjection handlingNegotiating and closingAssist in qualifying leads for field sales forceAssist in developing and executing successful account plans for field sales forceAssist in the development of work order terms that maximize closes and WiLine profitabilityAssist in monitoring and closing work ordersContribute to and conduct WiLine sales methodology trainingProvide timely and accurate revenue forecastsSome direct prospecting and selling Qualifications: Minimum 5 years sales or equivalent experience with telecom or wireless companyAbility to balance management by both "science" (i.e. systems-based empirical data) and "art" (i.e. human aspects of selling)Bachelor preferred, or relative experienceWorking  knowledge of broadband servicesEffective decision-making skillsStrong presentation and communications skillsDemonstrated classroom and one-on-one sales training skillsPuts team before self
