Company Description Leading private equity firm Job Description As the Senior Accountant - Offshore Entities you will: Maintain direct contact with international service providers to support day-to-day operations for foreign subsidiaries and offshore holding companies Assist in the preparation of and review of financial statements for offshore holding companies Maintain supporting schedules (i.e. dividend receivable summary, purchase/sale schedules, fund portfolio holdings reconciliations, liquidation summaries) Involvement in investment funding mechanics (i.e. cash flows) Review investments/transaction related documents (i.e. share purchase agreements, articles of incorporation, corporate resolutions, board minutes, etc.) Analyze exchange gains/losses associated with foreign currency investments Interact with investment personnel, advisory firms and other service providers regarding local tax, accounting and corporate governance Work closely with fund accounting, cash management and custody teams Required Skills 3-6 years of public and/or private accounting experience Thorough understanding of financial services preparation and review Knowledge of AVIs Strong Excel and Word skills Desired Skills Private equity experience Experience editing and proofreading legal documents Company: Execu/Search Group Job Title: Senior Accountant - Offshore Entities Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Location: US-NY-New York City Salary/Wage: 75,000.00 - 85,000.00 USD /year Reference Id: J49504
